The plan for Billy's ride-by wake on Tuesday is to leave from McDonald's 
(exit 63) at 11:30.

The plan for the escort on Wednesday is to *leave from McDonald's (exit 
63)* at 8:00.

Dress for both days is parade uniform (or as close as you can get to it) 
- Black/blue pants, white shirt, tie, blue vest.

Weather for both days is sunny and a bit warmer (as of now - the weather 
guessers may change their minds by then, though).
