Brothers, Let me start by reminding you to keep Frank Fren and Sharon in your prayers as Frank remains in Stonybrook Hospital, with ongoing treatment from his Trike Accident on the Shield the Blue Ride. I was fortunate to speak to him Wednesday afternoon before heading to the monthly meeting. He is a tough but funny guy ... he is in constant pain, but in good spirits. He did have surgery on wednesday moening as mentioned in an earlier msg, Dr's reattached his ligament & tendons ... but Frank says he still has a hole in his calf from scraping down the center median wall. He'll be needing more surgeries and skin grafts, and is still not able to return home .. and as usual the COVID-19 has been keeping family and friends from being able to visit. Only Sharon & John (son) have been able to sew him. Give him a call 631-687-9427Our Wednesday Meeting went well, it was nice to see Tony F out & about! I brought in images of an additional Club Shirt, 2yr member Anthony Lamberti was finally able to adjust his schedule and joined us on his 1st meeting/Club group ride 👍🏻. Hope to see him some more!The night ended with a ride to Coyle's Homemade Ice Cream, in Bayshore, led by newly adorned Road Captain John Schineller But I am sorry to say we have alot of members MIA's! So come on out, break from that "Honey-Doo" list.This Wednesday ride night ... we'll continue to ride some new back & winding roads, while we seeking out LEO's, Departments & Agencies, as possible recruits into the BKNY15 Chapter.Stay SafeDale
