*Update at 6:30 AM - Most of the weather-guessers are showing even 
better forecasts.  Some are actually showing ZERO % chance of rain.

It's 10 PM the night before.  The consensus of the weather-guessers has 
improved.  Even if it does rain (most show less than 20% chance of rain) 
even the few who show more than 40% are all saying the amount of rain 
will be less than 0.01 inches.*
