I've got more information on the 2nd Annual Ride 4 Remembrance of the 
Law Enforcement Officers Weekend, co-hosted by NY X.  They will leave 
from the Embassy Diner at 08:15.  In order to meet up with them, we will 
leave PROMPTLY at 07:30  from McDonald's (exit 63).

Heckscher State Pkwy -> Enter Park & Turnaround -> N/B Heckscher State

* Expected Ride Time: 85-90 Minutes

Please join Law Enforcement Officers Weekend and The Blue Knights 
Chapter X on Saturday, October 17th, 2020, for the Second Annual Ride 4 
Remembrance. Hundreds of motorcycles and escort vehicles will ride from 
Point Lookout, New York to Heckscher State Park and back, in honor and 
remembrance of all Law Enforcement Officers who we’ve lost. Line of duty 
deaths, suicide, illness or accidents, we ride in their memory to show 
our love and support for our blue family!

An opening ceremony & demonstration will commence at 10:00am sharp. 
Masks or face coverings during the demonstration are mandatory! The 
demonstration will consist of public speakers, opening prayer, National 
Anthem, Pipes & Drums, PBA Canteens, and other law enforcement booths. 
The Ride 4 Remembrance will commence at 11am sharp, following the 
conclusion of the opening ceremony.

Active and retired law enforcement officers, families, friends and law 
enforcement supporters are highly encouraged to attend the ride and 
demonstration! Please show your support by flying Thin Blue Line & 
American Flags (small flags affixed appropriately to your bike), wearing 
law enforcement apparel or displaying the name/photo of your loved one 
you’re riding in remembrance for on your bike.
