[Blue Knights NY XV Rides] Saturday Ride

As I said previously, out of concern for Covid restrictions, I've 
decided to keep this ride inside NY State.

We'll have lunch at the same place we ate on our Motorcylepedia trip, 
Billy Joe's Rib Works.  We're expecting GREAT weather! Clear skies and 
warm (for the season) temperatures.

If anyone wants us to pick them up in Nassau (or elsewhere) on our way 
out, let me know.

*SOME* of the roads I've never been on before.  Others I've been on 
further north, but never on the southern end, but onthe way back we're 
gonna hit some of my favorites.

Ways map this to 5 hours and 25 minutes *RIDING * time, based on traffic 
conditions when I checked it.  So if we figure 2 hours for food an gas 
stops, we can leave at 8:00 and be back before 4:00.  (Keep in mind that 
traffic conditions can change.)

For those of you on our "Rides" list who are not members of NY XV - Our 
chapter has a text message list for last-minute change notifications.  
If you want to receive any last minute notifications  via text message, 
send me 3 things: your name, your cell phone number and your cell phone 
carrier.  I also suggest checking your email just before leaving for a 
ride for last-minute notifications.
