[STATE CAPTAIN]

 From WVPGR State Captain, Pat Dawson:
"It is with a broken heart that I must post this message. PLEASE don’t
bombard me with calls at this time, I’ll give you all the information that
I know at this time!!
Our dear friend and brother, Joe Cumblidge, has passed away. His daughter
Heather called me a few minutes ago with this terrible news. (Sentence
Removed/Edited). She will keep me posted with details as they are
available.
What I do know for sure is that Myers Funeral Home in Sistersville will be
handling the arrangements.
PLEASE keep this family in your prayers."

Joe was instrumental in ensuring West Virginia's fallen Heroes were honored
in every way possible. His physical presence will be missed, but his
presence will never be gone.  As PGRPA gets information for his Honor
Mission, we will send out, none are set at this time.
