The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Richard Harbaugh,
U.S. Navy, to escort then stand for his service.

Richard served in the U.S. Navy from August 1966 then transferred in the
U.S. Navy Reserves and was honorably discharged August of 1970, receiving
the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal.

Richard served our country with honor, it's now our turn to honor him.

Upon arrival, Flag Line set

Members can attend all of a mission or any part of the mission. PGR sets no
time for a member to escort and or stand a mission. We Thank you for
whatever time you give us and the families of our heroes appreciate your
time.

Before heading out please watch the weather, dress accordingly, bring your
3x5 American flags and have your masks available.
