will be held at 1200 Hrs on November 4, 2023, at Heffner Funeral Chapel &
Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York, with a visitation from 10 a.m.-noon.
The service will be webcast live and can be viewed by searching Debra’s
obituary on HeffnerCare.com. The committal will be private in Arlington
National Cemetery.<span></span></a></span></p>

R. Clouser, Debra founded The SPC Zachary Clouser Memorial Foundation<br>
This fund allows for the assistance of homeless veterans that may not be able
to provide for themselves, that may need a warm meal, or a warm bed for the night,
a clean outfit, to send care packages to the troops serving overseas protecting
our freedom and other various community support.<span></span></span></span></p>

During Operation Iraqi Freedom assigned to the 1st Battalion, 26th Infantry,
2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Schweinfurt, Germany; died July
18, 2007, in Adhamiyah, Iraq, of wounds sustained when his vehicle was attacked
by enemy forces using an improvised explosive device and small-arms fire.<span></span></span></span></p>
<p align="center" style="text-align:center;margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span><span>Debra was a member of American Gold Star
Mothers, Central PA Chapter and York Veteran Network. She was past president of
VFW Post 556 Ladies Auxiliary. <span style="color:black;background:white"><br>
Debra Ann Etheridge</span> is a true patriot who has dedicated her life to
helping and honoring the memory and service of her son and our veterans. Now
it's our turn to stand and honor her.</span><span></span></span></p>
