Moale. He received the National Defense Service Medal. Preacher was especially dedicated to supporting veterans and their families. He was the past President of the American Legion Riders Post 215, Senior Ride Captain of the Pennsylvania Patriot Guard Riders Region 5, Chaplain of American Legion Post 120, and member of the American Legion Riders Post 120. He supported Wreaths Across America and organized motorcycle runs to support American Gold Star Mothers.
