The family has requested that the PGR be in attendance at the viewing of
Captain Leslie B Hardy, Jr on Monday June 26, 2023 from 3-5pm at the Boyer
Funeral Home, 101 W. Main St. New Bloomfield, Pa 17068 where we will set up
a flag line. There will be a service at 5pm.  We also have been asked to
stand a flag line at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Tuesday for
Captain Hardy at 2:30pm for his honorable interment.

Captain Hardy is a Vietnam Army Veteran who received the Vietnam Service
Medal x2, Combat Infantry badge, Purple Heart, Bronze Star medal and
Parachute badge.  He served from Oct. 1969 to May 1971. He was a lifetime
member of the American Legion Post 340 of Duncannon, Pa and was proud of
his service to his nation. Captain Hardy is a true American patriot who
served proudly and it is our turn to stand for him.
