[PGR_PA_r8] Mission time correction

[PGRPA-VETREP-EAST]

Please ignore this time correction. I may have been right the first time.
Check Updates on State and FB pages I will correct as soon as I am sure of
the time. Sorry for the confusion. Apparently I cannot do more than two
things at a time.
