The Patriot Guard Riders have been asked to stand and honor United States
Air Force Vietnam Veteran, and retired Susquehanna Township Police Officer
Ralph C. Franklin. We have been asked to stand to honor Ralph as he is laid
to rest with full military honors at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on
Wednesday April 7th, 2021.
Ralph proudly served in the USAF from 1963-1967 After which he served as a
police officer in the Susquehanna Township Police Dept, where he retired as
a Corporal. Ralph was the first African American to be promoted and retire
from the S.T.P.D.
In 2020, his contributions in law enforcement were recognized and he was
inducted into the Susquehanna Township Police Wall of Honor to serve in
perpetuity.
We will be there to stand for Ralph and to ensure he gets the honor he
deserves as he goes to his final rest. Ralph C. Franklin is a true patriot
that served our country with honor, overseas and at home and now it's our
turn to stand and honor him.

and federal reservations. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery is a federal
reservation. Do not bring weapons or hazardous materials to this mission*.*
