to honor Spc Roy J O’Leary, for his service to our country at<span style="color:black"> his committal on Thursday October 8<sup>th</sup> at Washington
Crossing National Cemetery at 1300 Hrs. </span></span></p>

He served honorably in
the United States Army, achieving the rank of Specialist E-4, assigned to B
company 5th Signal Battalion at the radio command communication center in
Longbinh, Vietnam, supporting the 2nd field forces. For his service, he
received the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal with 1
Bronze Star, and Vietnam Campaign Medal with Device.</span><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial"></span></p>
