[PGR_PA_r5] Repost for correction of date/Non PGR Mission

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand with other like minded
 organizations to welcome home Spc Chantz Hale from active duty from Fort
Bragg. Spc Hale was with the 82nd airborne and has enlisted in the National
Guard. He will be attending the Allentown Police Academy Jan 6th, 2020.  A
request was made to form a flag line at his home to welcome him.
