[PGR_PA_r5] Invitation to Local Museum

[PGRPA Hoth East East]

The National Museum of Industrial History in Bethlehem, Pa will be honoring
Veterans with free admission and a special educational program featuring
Professor John Smith of the Lehigh University History Department during
Veterans Day Weekend.  A special presentation will be on Nov. 11, 2018 at
11AM. The presentation will feature the following: Although Charles Schwab
had greatly expanded Bethlehem Steel in the prior decade, WWI provided the
company with the resources that allowed it to become one of America's
largest corporations. Explore how Bethlehem Steel responded to the
opportunities and challenges created by the war in this special
presentation.

The Museum hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday Nov. 10,2018
Sunday Nov. 11, 2018

Parking Accessibility:
The museum has four handicap parking spaces in the parking lot of the
Northampton County Community College Fowler Center located at 511 E 3rd St
along the museum’s plaza.  The museum is wheelchair accessible.  Please
contact Deedee Riffle at 610.694.6644 or driffle at nmih.org if you would like
to reserve the Museum’s house wheelchair.
