 Post #470 has arranged a proper burial with full Military Honors, a 21 
gun salute and the Erie County Memorial Gardens will be donating the 
space for Vincent's grave and granite base for his marker which will 
also be adorned with a Bronze Plaque and Military Service Medallion.<br><br>Vincent
 served during the Korean War receiving,The National Defense Service 
Medal,United Nations Service Medal,Korean Service Medal and the Good
