[STATE CAPTAIN]

Ladies and Gentlemen,
  I want to thank all who were able to attend and help escort Rick and his
family to the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.  Rick was a phenomenal
person and great leader for PGRPA.  Those who were able to participate
honored his service to our Nation and our organization being part of his
internment.
  Our Senior Ride Captains and Ride Captains who planned and executed his
Honor Mission did a fantastic job and deserve a special thanks as well.
Managing a 150-mile escort with 30+ motorcycles is not an easy task.
  Everyone in PGRPA has my gratitude for what you do every mission.  You
are what makes our organization what it is...thank you
