[PGR_PA_r12] Plaque presentation

[Assistant State Captain West]

*Morning All,*

*I want to invite you to a non mission to present a plaque thanking the
Greensburg State Police for all of the  help that they have given PGR in
the past year and a half. It has been hard to get State Police help lately,
but the Troopers from Greensburg have constantly stepped up and we need to
thank them.*

*For those wanting to attend: We will present this plaque on September 16th
at 10:00 AM. Staging will be behind the Westmoreland Mall at the VA medical
center at 9:15 AM. Briefing at 9:30 AM. Kickstands up 9:45 AM*
