[PGR_PA_r12] Assignment of Ride Captains to Regions 11 & 12

[STATE CAPTAIN]

 Ladies & Gentlemen,
It is my distinct pleasure to announce Dave Filipek & Ken Thompson to their
appointment as Region 11 & Region 12 (respectively) Ride Captains for
Patriot Guard Riders-Pennsylvania!!!
They have shown what it takes; stepped up and took on the honorable task of
the Ride Captain position! Please congratulate them here and when you see
them in person on a future mission.

are honored and families are shown the care and respect they deserve,
