[PGR_PA_r11] Senior Ride Captain Change

[Assistant State Captain West]

*Dear Members,*

*I am a little bit late on this, but I want to introduce Randy Ruff as our
new Senior Ride Captain for Region 11. Many of you know Randy and I hope
that you will all have the same confidence in him as I do. Randy can be
reached at either randyaruff at gmail.com <randyaruff at gmail.com> or at
412-613-2109. Randy and his wife are planning to do some traveling but he
was still willing to take on this responsibility and I thank him for all of
his efforts.*

*I also want to recognize and thank Lewis Winnecour for the job that he has
done as Senior Ride Captain. He has attended many missions that others
would not attend and he has done so graciously. Cold nor rain nor heat nor
time of day deterred Lewis from attending and standing at our missions and
he has taken his duties and all of you caringly and seriously. Lewis will
still be attending PGR missions and he will still be an inspiration to all.*
