[PGR_PA_r10] Wreathes Across America Updated Information

*Please be advised that you are being informed as we are getting
information. Further information will come out the closer we get. *


We currently have two full size 18 wheeler trucks arriving next week with a
full load of wreaths. The first truck is arriving Wednesday morning
December 14th at 8:00 AM. The second truck is arriving Friday December 16th
at 8:00 AM. Both trucks are expected to have a full load each truck holding
over 600 boxes.  We could use volunteers who are willing to help unload
these trucks and stage them throughout the cemetery. If you can help, we
would appreciate it. If not, can you please pass the word around.  We are
expecting a third truck, but I have not heard of when this truck will
arrive.



We are expecting a total of 1690 boxes each box weighs approximately 36
pounds, and the box size is 16" x 19" x 23" (or 2 square ft)



Please arrive by 8am.  Parking can be by the main flagpole, the public
information center or at shelter #1 (please see attached map)



Again, for all that you have done for the National Cemetery of the
Alleghenies, and I appreciate any help that you can offer.
