The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Thomas Henry
Cieply, a U.S Navy veteran and a U.S. Army National Guard Retired , to
stand in silent honor for his service then escort for the interment.

Thomas entered the U.S. Navy November of 1968, aboard the U.S.S.
Constellation during Vietnam and honorably discharged November of 1972 with
the rank of Petty Officer Third Class.

Decorations include the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service
Medal and the Vietnam Campaign Medal w/Device.

Following time served in the U.S. Navy, Thomas enlisted in the U.S. Army
National Guard and retired as Sergeant First Class and also DOD Military
Technician in Personnel Records and Automotive Repair.

Later Thomas became a member then life member of VFW Post #4843 in Ford City
and the American Legion Post #325 in Cowansville.
Thomas served our country and his community with honor, it's now our turn
to stand in honor for him.

Members can attend all of a mission or any part of the mission. PGR sets no
time for a member to escort and or stand a mission. We Thank you for
