*Staging 3 is cancelled . . . it is a stand down. There will be NO service
at the National Cemetery. Staging 2 is a go with an honorable escort to the
cemetery. Nothing after that.*

*ABOUT THE MISSION:*
The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of August “Augie”
Parilli Jr., U.S. Army veteran, to stand in silent honor for his service
and interment at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.

August proudly served in theatre during Vietnam in the U.S. Army from July
of 1965 until he was honorably discharged, April of 1967. Decorations
include the Vietnam Service Medal and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.

Later August continued his service by supporting his community as a member
of the VFW Post #128 Rochester, PA.

August served our country and his community with honor, it’s now our turn
to stand in honor for him.

Members can attend all of a mission or any part of the mission. PGR sets no
time for a member to escort and or stand a mission. We Thank you for
whatever time you give us and the families of our heroes appreciate your
time.

Remember that the National Cemetery is a Federal Reservation and NO WEAPONS
are permitted. Also, masks are required and to be worn while social
distancing during the service, interment and if indoors.

Before heading out please watch the weather and dress accordingly.
