Any Vietnam veteran from Lawrence County who served in Vietnam or during
the Vietnam War Era that missed the opportunity to have his/her name
applied to the Lawrence County Vietnam Veterans Memorial can now do so by
mailing a copy of your DD214 to:
Lawrence County Vietnam Veterans Memorial
PO Box 7352
New Castle, PA 16101
Only DD241s sent to above address will be honored, do not leave or drop off
a copy of your DD214 elsewhere, it will not be accepted.
*No DD214s will be accepted after December 31, 2019*
